My first car was a VW 1979 T2 camper van. We named her Bess. For over 30 years she took me to work, carried gear for the band, took us on an epic adventure for six months around the coast of Europe to Istanbul and back, oh, and we camped in her too. She always put a smile on our face. How many cars can do that? The VW camper. A bloody good idea.
